Select olives, still rigorously hand-picked and washed, are freshly pressed in accordance with the principles of the Produzione DOP appellation to create an olive oil with low acidity which preserves the fragrant aroma of the fruit. At its absolute best used raw and in typical Mediterranean dishes.
